OUR TEAM

Meet the experts behind our company

Formed in 2014, Norfield began as a consulting and contract management company. Our leadership has worked on projects and with partners internationally and in some of the most austere environments, including an extensive background working on US Government projects in the US and abroad. Norfield Group’s management team has over 60 years of combined experience in construction, contracting and contract management as well as in the financing of such work. By partnering with both large and small partners, we are able to offer a full range of construction services including design, construction, project management, owner representation, and consulting.

As you learn more about Norfield, you will find that our owners’ history demonstrates successful, competent and trustworthy execution of construction related activities for a wide-range of customers including the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), US Agency for International Development (USAID), KfW (German Development Bank), private entities and both large and small partners. Thanks for your interest in getting to know us better!

Further, Norfield’s owners reside in South Carolina and Florida, respectively, and are both US Military Veterans, coming from family legacies of service to our country in every branch of service. Ms. Crawford, our managing partner and majority shareholder, retired after 30 years of combined active and reserve component service, having commanded at the O-6 (Colonel) level twice. Her service and status as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran is what qualifies Norfield as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). She also served for several years with the US Army Corps of Engineers, including a deployment for construction contracting to Afghanistan, as the Chief Administrative Officer of a US-based International Engineering and Construction Company and then as a Federal Judge. Mr. Toth, our other owner, served honorably with the US Navy on projects requiring Top-Secret clearance levels. He then spent a distinguished career in commercial banking and as the Chief Financial Officer of an International Engineering and Construction Company and also for a Florida-based General Contractor. Collectively, our management has been responsible for a combined total of billions of dollars in construction placement, contract administration, budgeting and financing.

As a Service Disabled, Veteran-owned, Woman-owned Small Business, we are defined by our values and work ethic. The unmatched breadth and depth of experience of our leadership prepared us for all the industry challenges.
